Eat Well Tasmania

Eat Well Incorporated is a statewide non-government organisation which champions healthy eating and promotes opportunities to eat healthy Tasmanian grown, produced and value-added food.

Eat Well Tasmania acknowledges the Palawa people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands, waters and skies of Lutruwita. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and acknowledge the continuing connection of Aboriginal people to Country, culture, knowledge and community. We recognise that food, land and culture are deeply connected. For tens of thousands of years, Aboriginal people have cared for and sustained Country through knowledge systems that continue to nourish people, places and ecosystems today. We acknowledge that the food we grow, share and enjoy across Tasmania comes from these lands, and we commit to working in ways that respect culture, strengthen community and support a just, inclusive and sustainable food system for all.
