The Smith family has been growing apples in the Huon Valley since 1888. Today, R&R Smith is led by Andrew Smith, who has transitioned the orchards to be 100% certified organic, making them leaders in sustainable fruit production.
Their approach is rooted in the belief that healthy soil creates the best-tasting fruit. By ditching synthetic chemicals and embracing regenerative practices, they produce crisp, flavourful apples that are as good for the planet as they are for the community.
