Fresh produce grown organically in a secluded little valley in the hills behind Colebrook, Tasmania.

Farmer Dave and farmer Linda are starting from scratch on 33 acres east of Colebrook. Falling Rock Produce is where they grow fine fresh produce – including the likes of garlic, artichokes, leafy greens, broadbeans and they’ve even grown amaranth!

The pair are passionate about use organic principles. The results are simply delicious!
