eat it all

A Community Dinner Fighting Food Waste

Eat it all brought 200 people together for a tasty, seasonal zero-waste three-course dinner curated by food waste advocate and chef Tom Wescott. The vibes were excellent, with candle lit dinner tables, a typical Tassie spring evening (four seasons over two hours) and an abundance of waste-fighting goodie bags our dinner guests took home.

See Tom’s recipes here.

We we’re joined by some waste-wise friends for great conversations: Guest speakers included, Jeff McClintock, UTAS Community Garden Coordinator Jay Patey, Founder & Baker Pigeon Whole Bakers Tom Wescott, Chef & Food Waste Advocate.

Eat it all was an event delivered in partnership with Eat Well Tasmania and TUSA FoodHub. The event was made possible with funding from Healthy Tasmania and The City of Hobart.
