Cooking at home with Kate Flint

What’s in Season Winter
Meet Kate Flint, a talented home cook, generous gardener, and the benevolent dictator (her words, not ours) of the Cygnet Crop Swap.
Kate’s approach to cooking is casual, encouraging, refreshingly simple, strictly seasonal, and not at all preoccupied with the “right” way to cook. An approach that informs Kate’s teaching and leads the home cook towards creating meals as delicious as possible in the least amount of time possible while making the most of seasonal produce—in Kate’s words, “start where you are, start with what you have and don’t take it all too seriously”.
