Directions

  1. Melt honey, orange and lime juice until sticky – add cardamom and/or cinnamon and barbecue gently until caramelised.

  2. Serve with lime wedges, mint sprigs, and a sweet yoghurt sauce.

    Pre-soak your bamboo or wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes before using. This will stop them from burning on the BBQ.
