Directions
- 
                        Place fish and vegetables on skewers, alternating ingredients. 
- 
                        Gently toss in olive oil, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, lime zest and juice. 
- 
                        Cook on griddle straight away. Carefully turn the skewers so the fish does not fall apart. 
- 
                        Wrap in a crepe and serve with butter bean sauce.
