Ratatouille Fish Kebabs

Directions

  1. Place fish and vegetables on skewers, alternating ingredients.

  2. Gently toss in olive oil, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, lime zest and juice.

  3. Cook on griddle straight away. Carefully turn the skewers so the fish does not fall apart.

  4. Wrap in a crepe and serve with butter bean sauce.
