This recipe can be made with any assortment of herbs, there are no rules!
Directions

Roughly chop herbs and onion, fry eggs until soft and crispy.

Add butter and egg to blender and blend until smooth.

Add herbs and onion and blend stream in water with motor running.

cook rice (as per package instructions or your own rice cooking method).

Combine the cooked rice and sauce. Stir until well combined.
Serve immediately with a fresh salad and roast or BBQ meats or veg.Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 – 3 days.
