Dangerous Fetta

A favourite in the Lam household— named and loved by their children back in the day (for the dangerous addition of spicy chilli!) Perfect atop a great big slice of crusty bread or toasted pide.

Directions

'Hero Herb': Rosemary & Thyme

  1. Cut small cubes of danish fetta into a bowl with all the other ingredients.

  2. Stir around to crumble the fetta and release the essential into the olive oil.

  3. Smoosh onto a slice of crusty bread or serve tossed through seasonal veg.
