Thread cauliflower florets onto skewers – see note.

Brush with oil and sprinkle over a small pinch of salt.

Grill over low flame or on griddle dish.

For nicely roasted cauliflower without the raw taste, they need to be cooked for about 6 minutes on both sides.

Once they’re cooked through, brush the skewers with honey and soy. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.

Pre-soak your bamboo or wooden skewers in water for 15 before using. This will stop them from burning on the BBQ.
