BBQ Grilled Cauliflower Kebabs

Directions

  1. Thread cauliflower florets onto skewers – see note.

  2. Brush with oil and sprinkle over a small pinch of salt.

  3. Grill over low flame or on griddle dish.

  4. For nicely roasted cauliflower without the raw taste, they need to be cooked for about 6 minutes on both sides.

  5. Once they’re cooked through, brush the skewers with honey and soy. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.

  • Tips and Tricks
    Pre-soak your bamboo or wooden skewers in water for 15 before using. This will stop them from burning on the BBQ.
