Autumn Fruit Kebabs

Directions

  1. Mix the yoghurt, peanut butter (or tahini), 1 tsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp cold water in a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Heat the grill to medium-high.

  3. Core the apple and pears and cut each into 16 chunks.

  4. Thread 2 pieces each of apple and pear and 2 blackberries onto each skewer.

  5. Place in a single layer on a large baking tray lined with foil.

  6. Dust with a small pinch of ground cinnamon, then grill for 4-5 minutes until the fruit has softened and is lightly charred.

  • Tips and Tricks
    Pre-soak your bamboo or wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes before using. This will stop them from burning on the BBQ.
