Tarkine Fresh Oysters was founded in 2017 by Jonathon Poke after growing oysters for 40 years in Duck Bay Tasmania. In late 2020 the Business was sold to Tasmanian Oyster Company, but still trades as Tarkine Fresh Oysters.

Jon built up Tarkine Fresh Oyster’s reputation of providing the freshest & finest quality oysters and we strive to continue this.
