Kelty Farm is a fully certified Australian Certified Organic (ACO) farm that produces quality organic fruit, beef and pork products. A range of cuts are available, and including options such as gourmet gluten-free sausages, burgers and mince.  Organic offal, soup bones, pet mince and dog bones can also be supplied to customers on request.

Organic grain, potatoes, dairy, and apples fresh from the farm are all staples for the animals at Kelty Farm.

As organic farming standards demand that farmers have an awareness of sustainable production practices, this is the case at Kelty Farm. The farm produces meat that is as thoughtfully-grown and as Genetically-Engineered free as any food on the planet.

The Black Angus cattle thrive on the Channel Pastures and the Wessex saddle pigs are similarly raised in a free range system. The only input here at Kelty Farm is organic pig feed. This in itself is a way to productively use excess outputs from other certified organic operators. This means being gentler on the soil, as the farm strives to operate on a closed loop, low to no input system.
