Jordan Grieves, is the founder of Hillwood Fresh Food Co. and produces of a diverse range of gourmet mushrooms in Northern Tasmania.

Hillwood Fresh mushrooms are grown with no chemicals, using off-grid solar power, minimal waste and clean air on their property in Hillwood, Northern Tasmania. Varieties such as Lions Mane, Enoki and King Oyster are their specialities and you can find their produce at the Launceston Harvest Farmer’s Market or via the Tasmanian Produce Collective.
