Garry and Kate Pannan opened the East Coast Village Providore with the aim of providing a fresh, local, Tasmanian food experience. The food is local and selected to meet your culinary needs – all with the lowest possible food miles. You can count on the range to offer quality products that have been made and grown locally. Whether that’s prime beef lamb and beef from Pyengana, pork and ham from Scottsdale – or delicious homemade sweets or savouries – there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
