A community market selling fresh produce at the Bream Creek Show Grounds—held on the first Sunday of every month.
First Sunday of the month, 9 am — 1 pm
The Bream Creek Farmers Market is a produce based market showcasing growers, cooks, brewers, producers and makers, from South Eastern Tasmania and beyond. The Market has a focus on locally grown, fresh and seasonal produce which is sold directly by the people who grow and make it.
The Bream Creek Farmers Market is run entirely by a volunteer committee who are all passionate about supporting the local community and economy, supporting small, local businesses and providing an opportunity to purchase the best and freshest local produce.
Every market there’s an exciting and every-changing variety of produce available – seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables, honey, olive oils, nuts, baked goods and cakes, ready to eat snacks and lunches, take-home meals, wines, ginger beers and ciders, coffee, seedlings and plants, condiments, jams, preserves and so much more.
The market’s location overlooks the green, rolling hills of Bream Creek accompanied by live music and children’s activities such as face painting. The team at Bream Creek Market love seeing visitors kick back on the grass to enjoy a coffee or glass of local wine and some lunch with their baskets of locally goodies overflowing beside them.
