Artisa is an artisan plant-based cheese manufacturer located in Launceston.
Artisa make a range of plant-based cheeses using cashews. Traditional fermentation and ripening methods ensure the cheeses are authentic in flavour and texture. By making delicious and healthy plant-based cheeses, Artista hopes to show that a plant-based diet does not mean having to go without.
Incorporating a range of Tasmanian produce and flavours – these cheeses contain no additional colourings, flavourings or preservatives. Containing all the good stuff – each cheese is made with care, and with enjoyment and sustainability in mind.
